"Safety Safety Safety"

"Safety Safety Safety" – the new industry byword. Customer satisfaction has always been at the forefront of management, with safety following a close second. Today, in the aftermath of 911 and all the concerns about industry safety, any company worth doing business with will preach safety, safety, reliability.

Cowtown Bus Charters has an industry leading safety record. Our company has the highest Department of Transportation safety rating and has maintained that level throughout its history.

Cowtown required a written itinerary for all charters that leave the Dallas/Fort Worth area along with a GPS navigation system so your group will never get lost. Each itinerary is carefully reviewed for feasibility of the work and compliance with U.S. DOT regulations. Cowtown requires an industry leading 10–hours off duty for our drivers. This standard ensures maximum safety.

Our drivers are also monitored by a "Drive Cam," which records the drivers activity so they can be evaluated and trained for any weak areas they might have.

For tire safety, Cowtown requires Nitrogen to be in all of the buses tires which reduces the temperature of the tires while on the road and therefore minimizing blow-outs. As well as Nitrogen, Cowtown has a Tire Monitoring System which also allows the driver to see if there are any problems with the tires before a hazardous situation arises.

Cowtown Bus Charters, unparalleled in performance and safety, is your one-stop shopping place to meet your transportation needs for 31–passenger luxury minibuses to 57–passenger Eurocoaches. To ensure that there is no confusion on the trip a brief video will play before the trip instructing everyone on the proper procedures while on the bus.

The MTMC Standards

The U.S. armed forces have a centralized command called Military Traffic Management Command. The MTMC standards are more strict than the U.S. DOT with a rating system of one (1) through five (5), with one being the best.

Cowtown Bus Charters was awarded a one (best) rating in the current MTMC audit. Low turnover and our average driver experience level of 20 years have allowed Cowtown Charters to excel. Our safety performance since the company was formed in 1990 has achieved an industry low insurance cost, which have allowed us to keep our prices reasonable.
